- Service availability may vary based on time slots, technician availability, and location.
3) Pricing & Payments
- Prices shown may change based on service type and market conditions.
- If payment methods are available, you agree to provide valid payment details.
- Any additional charges must be approved via official channels.
4) Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations depend on service stage.
- Refund eligibility depends on service completion and policy.
- Misuse or repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions.
5) User Responsibilities
- Maintain respectful communication.
- No fraud or false information.
- Ensure safe access for technicians.
6) Prohibited Use
- No harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.
- No hacking or misuse of the platform.
- No promotion/discount abuse.
B) Terms for Technicians
1) Eligibility & Profile
- Accurate profile information is mandatory.
- OTP sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Technicians are responsible for account security.
2) Job Assignment & Acceptance
- Jobs depend on availability, distance, and performance.
- Responsible job acceptance is required.
- No-shows or late cancellations may cause suspension.
3) Service Quality & Safety
- Platform rules and safety standards must be followed.
- Unsafe behavior or misuse may terminate the account.
- User data must only be used for service delivery.
4) Pricing & Extra Charges
- No extra charges outside approved pricing.
- Additional work requires platform approval.
5) Suspension / Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for violations or poor performance.
- Technicians must cooperate with investigations.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and
are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
