Work Details: service availability/time slots, assigned jobs, job history.
Location (if enabled): for job assignment and routing.
Compliance/Safety: basic checks required for platform reliability.

2) How We Use Your Data

To verify technician identity via OTP.
To assign jobs, manage schedules, and track job completion status.
To prevent fraud, improve safety, and maintain service quality.

3) Sharing

With users only as needed (e.g., name/contact) for completing service requests.
With service providers (OTP/SMS) for verification.
With legal authorities when required.

4) Security

Technicians must keep their account secure and must not share OTPs or access tokens with anyone.
